I'm Catherine Yardley
I’m a certified coach and former Financial Services executive turned career and leadership coach for ambitious women who want more—more clarity, more confidence, more growth.
Before starting my business, I spent over a decade leading high-performing teams of up to 100+ across the UK and US. I partnered closely with C-suite leaders and regulators including the FCA, CFPB, and FRB. I managed ÂŁ20M+ budgets, drove major digital transformations, and led through high-stakes environments.
But here’s what I really loved: mentoring women.
Like many of my clients, I once struggled with confidence, finding my voice in senior rooms, and defining what I actually wanted from my career. Over time, I figured out how to lead intentionally, grow teams, and build a career that felt like mine—and now I help other women do the same.
Today, I work with rising leaders who are ready to own their path, lead with purpose, and stop second-guessing themselves.
