I’m Catherine Yardley, Leadership & Career Coach, ICF Certified, former Chief of Staff in a Fortune 100 and someone who has spent over a decade helping talented professionals become the kind of leader that brings the best out in everyone.
My work blends evidence based leadership psychology, real world corporate experience, and deep, human centred coaching shaped by years inside high performance environments and formal study at the London School of Economics. I’ve learned that leadership is both a skill and a lived experience. And you deserve support in both.

My client wasn’t loving her current job, even though she was great at it. She wasn’t sure what she wanted her next step to be but she knew staying still wasn’t going to work anymore.
We had a Clarity Session so I could understand her situation more deeply and help her to clear out some blocks.
We dug into the goals she shared ahead of time - to get clear on what she wanted next in her career and build some momentum to take the next step.
We discussed what she loved about her job and what annoyed her. And listed out her values in a role. Then we discussed what was holding her back from taking the next steps.
The action plan had a summary of the call and clear steps she could take in the next days, weeks and months.
For example, to help build confidence and prep for interviews, her action step was to survey respected colleagues to get a third party view of her strengths and accomplishments.
